Millenium SynthFuels Coal and Biomass Conversion System™

The Millenium SynthFuels Conversion System™ is a “Patent Pending” proprietary technology at the developmental stage of the pilot plan. The Millenium SynthFuels™ feedstock is converted into sythesis gas in an oxygen blown entrained flow gasifier. Raw Synthesis Gas (syngas) leaving the gasifier is combination of Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen,Sulfur, Mercury, and Nirogen Oxides, at very high temperatures which must be cooled. Syngas cooling is accomplished through a water shift, which lowers the the gas fuel temperature and produces additional hydrogen and carbon dioxide. As the desired gas fuel is Hydrogen and Carbon Monoxide, once gas cooling is accomplished, acid gases and CO2 are removed during gas cleanup in the process of carbon capture and sequestration. The clean syngas is used as the renewabe gas fuels for the product output of the Millenium SynthFuels™ energy solutions.

Synthetic Fuel Solutions

The Millenium SynthFuels pilot plant product output includes synthetic fuels. Once raw syngas has been cooled, it will be sent to a Fischer Tropsch (FT) reactor where the hydro carbon chains of syngas are broken down into different chains, which is followed by additional processes in creating ultra clean synthetic gasoline, diesel, and jet fuels.

Clean Electricity
In addition to ultra clean sulfur and sulfuric acid free synthetic fuels, the Millenium SynthFuels Conversion System ™ technology pilot plant will also generate clean electricity.

Substitute Natural Gas (SNG)
In addition ultra clean synthetic fuels and clean electricity, the Millenium SynthFuels™ pilot plant output will also include methanation and substitute natural gas as alternative compressed natural gas (CNG), and as substitute natural gas (SNG).
